Job summary

Mountain Region Support in Centennial, CO is seeking a Physician Contract Specialist Senior to oversee our system-wide physician contracting infrastructure. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or contracting field.
• Familiarity with healthcare, operational, and legal processes, particularly in physician contracting.
• Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks.
• Quick learner able to communicate effectively with all position levels.
• Excellent computer and web-based application skills.
• Familiarity with various compensation models related to physicians.
• Good knowledge of physician practice and hospital operations.
• Understands Stark Law, Anti-Kickback statute, fraud and abuse, and tax-exemption.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrates leadership presence and confidentiality.
• Bachelor Degree or 10 years of contracting experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Manage system-wide physician contracting infrastructure and serve as primary liaison between hospital leadership, corporate legal teams, and physician groups.
• Receive and process internal physician contract requests and facilitate drafting with Legal.
• Maintain contract workflows using management systems and monitor renewal schedules.
• Prepare status reports for leadership and participate in strategic deal-team meetings to support business development objectives.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and understanding of physician compensation models and regulatory frameworks.
