CommonSpirit is seeking a Physician Contract Specialist Senior to manage the system-wide physician contracting infrastructure, acting as the primary liaison between hospital leadership, corporate legal teams, and physician groups to ensure precise and compliant agreements.

You will handle internal contract requests, coordinate drafting with Legal, and maintain contract workflows, monitoring renewals and reporting to leadership while supporting business development objectives with discreet,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare or contracting field.
Familiarity with healthcare, operational, and legal processes, particularly in physician contracting.
Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks.
Effective communication with all position levels.
Strong analytical skills and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Receive and process internal physician contract requests.
Draft with Legal Department and maintain contract workflows in management systems.
