Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, human resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in physician compensation, physician contracting, healthcare administration, compensation, contract administration, or a related field.
• Experience with complex compensation programs, contracts, or healthcare business processes.
• Strong understanding of compensation administration and/or physician contracting practices.

Responsibilities

• Communicate across all involved parties with the contracting process (Senior Leadership, Recruitment, Onboarding, Business Development, Operations, Marketing).
• Maintain detailed records of AMG physician contracts and related compensation arrangements.
• Review and manage stages of requests in the Physician Contracting Database (IronClad).
• Develop physician compensation plans and ensure equity with similarly trained physicians.
• Conduct Fair Market Valuation on all physician compensation models for compliance.
• Prepare materials for APCC review; attend APCC meetings to support decisions.
• Draft term sheets and employment contracts for recruits and renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal to review agreements before release to physicians.
• Coordinate with Physician Recruitment to present terms to physicians.
• Provide timely follow-up on contract questions and negotiations.
• Generate reports from IronClad for Senior Leadership, Operations, and Business Development.
• Monitor trends in physician compensation with AMGA/MGMA/Sullivan Cotter and regional groups.
• Track regulatory changes impacting AMG employment and compensation practices.
• Continually improve departmental processes and solicit feedback.
