Qualifications

• Completion of a Masters' Degree in Nursing and an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Previous experience in a surgical weight loss program or operating room environment strongly preferred.
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts required.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required (ARNP or PA-C).
• BLS healthcare provider required.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising physicians in a wide range of clinical tasks and emergencies.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient duties performed by the physician assistants, under supervision.
