Candidates must have PA/NP program credits, Georgia licensure, prescriptive authority, BLS, and at least two years in primary care. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate credit for PA/NP Program.
• Current licensure through the Georgia Board.
• Prescriptive authority from the Georgia Board.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 2+ years of primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care consistent with licensure and certification.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease).
• Order and interpret diagnostic labs, X-rays, and EKGs.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
• Counsel patients on disease conditions, treatment, and outcomes.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
