Job summary

Southeast Medical Group is seeking an employed Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) in Georgia. The APP works within a collaborative team to provide comprehensive care across outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting primary care physicians and specialists as needed.

The APP will diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on disease management.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as PA/NP in Georgia.
• Ability to prescribe medications under Georgia Board authority.
• Graduate coursework or credentialing relevant to APP scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide care consistent with licensure and certification.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Prescribe medications and treatment modalities as needed.
• Counsel patients on disease conditions and treatment expectations.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists as part of a care team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
