Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program OR graduate of an accredited RN and NP Program.
• Masters Degree in Nursing (effective 1/1/03 for those not previously grandfathered in by CMS- NP only).
• Licenses/certifications: RN California license, NP credentials, furnishing number (CA), NP certificate (CA).

Responsibilities

• Collect subjective data (history).
• Collect objective data (physical exam).
• Develop an assessment (diagnosis) and management plan.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Order pharmacologic interventions and ensure compliance with privacy and conduct policies.
