Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience with at least one (1) year in the specialty area.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapy license; CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Independent clinical practice including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Provides education/mentorship time and community lectures.
• Development, implementation and evaluation of standards of care and evidence-based protocols.
• Maintains patient documentation and compliance with chart audits.
• Demonstrates leadership and participates in staff training and program development.
• Acts as Clinical Instructor for at least one student per year.
