Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an Outpatient Senior Physical Therapist to join our East Tennessee therapy centers. Under general direction, you will plan, evaluate and implement PT treatment programs while maintaining a patient load.

You will lead program development, mentor staff, and collaborate with clinicians to coordinate discharge planning and ensure evidence-based care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four years of PT experience with at least three in a specialty area.
• Must hold Tennessee State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Professional certification or advanced degree in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and establish treatment plans with goals.
• Coordinate with medical staff for progress and discharge planning.
• Provide education and mentorship to staff; lead program development initiatives.
