• Performs comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of physical and cognitive abilities for inpatients and outpatients.
• Develops individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintains documentation in line with department policies (initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Participates in patient/family conferences and departmental meetings.
• Supervises PT/PTA students, Rehab Technicians, and volunteers; coordinates student programs.
