Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses patient types and plans treatment.
• Delivers treatment plans to reduce LOS and improve outcomes.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and coordinates discharge planning.
• Documents progress and educates patients and families.
• Supervises PTA, Therapy Technicians and students as needed.
