Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a PT certification from an accredited program.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible clinical experience to develop leadership skills.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred for supervisory responsibilities.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical therapy team and assist department leadership with daily operations.
• Coordinate staff work schedules and patient care assignments to ensure timely service.
• Provide mentorship, in-service education, and supervision in the absence of leadership.
• Lead ongoing department performance improvement and clinical problem solving.
