Qualifications

• 5+ years of process improvement procedure creation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in infrastructure security.
• 5+ years of physical security experience in data centers infrastructure deployment, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments. Must include access control, video surveillance/VMS, intrusion detection and defense-in-depth strategies.
• 5+ years of physical security project and vendor management experience.
• PSP, CPP, or PMP certification.
• Basic networking infrastructure knowledge and topology.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects with competing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SPMs at regional or multi-cluster level with responsibilities across clusters, regions and geographies.
• Represent the team autonomously with minimal guidance from management.
• Engage in hiring, mentorship and promotion assessments.
• Drive security system architecture decisions and strategic direction for the team.
• Improve processes to decouple dependencies and reduce risks and costs.
