ConsultNet is seeking a Physical Security Operations Manager to lead daily operations of its Physical Security Services group in Torrance, CA. This 100% onsite role focuses on workforce planning, project support, financial performance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery with exceptional customer satisfaction.

The position requires 7+ years of leadership in physical security or related fields, 5+ years in field operations, and strong skills in budgets,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in Physical Security, Low Voltage, Construction, or Technology Integration.
• 5+ years managing field operations and technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of project financials including budgets, forecasting, labor utilization, gross margin, and WIP reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Physical Security Services organization.
• Oversee workforce planning, project execution support, and operational processes.
• Manage financial performance, field resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize technician utilization and growth of the business.
• Lead operational leadership, project operations, resource management, and safety & quality initiatives.
