Job summary

Biztec LLC in Lexington, KY seeks a Master Technician—the most senior technical role on the field team. You’ll own the most complex commercial security projects from start to finish and serve as the go-to expert for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage systems, and IP networking.

You’ll lead and mentor technicians, drive quality control on every site, and partner with project managers to deliver installations to code, on schedule, and to Biztec’s highest standard.

Qualifications

• Senior-level technician with extensive field experience in commercial security systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish and mentor junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of code-compliance and best practices in physical security installations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the most complex client security projects on site.
• Mentor technicians across levels and enforce quality control standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, code-compliant installations.
