Job summary

PING, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead and continuously improve physical security operations for a large campus in the Phoenix area.

You will direct campus security, access governance, investigations, asset protection, and security technology, while guiding a team including Security Supervisors, Security Officers, and the Identity and Access Control Administrator. The role requires residence in the Phoenix Metro Area with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field and 10 years in security.
• Experience leading security teams in manufacturing or large campuses.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms, and investigations.
• CPP/PSP preferred; FEMA ICS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for Security Supervisors and Officers, Locksmith, and Identity and Access Control Administrator.
• Develop post orders, procedures, and staffing plans for routine operations and events.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and capital expenditure requests for security programs.
• Coordinate security for construction, renovations, and special events; maintain access governance.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and cross-functional security initiatives.
