Qualifications

• 3 years of Security Project Management experience.
• 3 years of Security Design Consultant experience.
• 2 years of General Construction Experience.
• 2 years with LenelS2 Access Control System and Milestone VSS required.
• Working knowledge of electronic Key Systems.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam REVU.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage security projects for timely delivery and compliance.
• Work closely with design teams to implement security standards.
• Perform Physical Security Design Reviews for projects.
• Review and approve Security Bids with General Contractors.
• Manage project budgets and mitigate change orders.
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractors to manage project deliverables.
