A leading engineering and IT services provider in Frisco is looking for an experienced Physical Design Engineer. You will lead the physical design process from floorplan to GDS, managing the end-to-end flow and ensuring timing closure. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Physical Design experience with strong proficiency in Cadence Innovus, Tempus, and Genus. This full-time role requires collaboration across teams and involves delivering signoff reports for final tapeout readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Physical Design engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Cadence Innovus, Tempus, and Genus.
• Proven experience in supporting IP tapeout.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Physical Design from floorplan to GDS.
• Own full PnR flow: placement, CTS, routing, optimization.
• Drive timing closure using Tempus.
