Job summary

Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a Physical AI Technical Program Manager to lead the Boston team’s hardware builds, lab operations, and validation campaigns. You will manage milestones, dependencies, and risk across onsite and remote engineering teams, translating status into actionable leadership decisions.

The role requires building and enforcing program cadences, dashboards, and structured tradeoffs in a fast-moving R&D environment. Onsite in Boston five days/week; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Seven+ years of technical program management experience.
• At least three years managing hardware development, robotics, or physical systems.
• Strong ability to understand hardware build processes and testing workflows.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and in building processes from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear status reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the Boston Physical AI team across hardware builds and engineering milestones.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans before impact to milestones.
• Establish cadences for sprint planning, reviews, and cross-team meetings.
• Maintain dependency maps across onsite and remote teams and track decisions.
• Translate technical status into clear program updates for leadership.
• Coordinate with supply chain, facilities, IT, and external engineering partners.
• Create dashboards and reporting processes to reduce manual status collection.
