Canfield Imaging Systems in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ seeks a Senior PHP Cloud Developer to design scalable, secure cloud APIs for the patient portal ecosystem. You will drive projects end-to-end, implement dynamic pages with JS/AJAX, optimize performance, and enforce backend security controls.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or equivalent, strong PHP/Apache experience, and proven technical project management skills, plus SQL expertise. Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field
• Solid understanding of sessions and web state management
• Proven experience in technical project management
• Experience troubleshooting legacy systems and contributing to QA
• Familiarity with PHP and Apache configuration (virtual hosts)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud APIs for Canfield’s patient portal ecosystem
• Develop dynamically rendered pages using JS and AJAX data
• Project management from conception to completion, gathering requirements and delivering a finished product
• Optimize application performance and implement backend security controls
• SQL database design, schema design, and writing efficient queries
