or MS in a related field with hands-on experience in integrated photonics, design, simulation, layout, and optical testing. Preference is given to candidates with photonic foundry tapeout exposure and experience with modulators, detectors, or heterogeneous

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in electrical engineering, applied physics, photonics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in integrated photonics.
• Experience with integrated photonic design, simulation, and layout.
• Hands-on experience with optical testing and device characterization.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and characterization of key photonic subsystems and integrated photonic components for HEPT Lab’s next-generation sensing systems.
