Job summary

LFAB in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with 3+ years in the semiconductor Photolithography area. You will support high-volume 300mm wafer manufacturing, optimize processes and yields, and participate in data-driven improvement programs.

The role requires collaboration across functions, rapid problem solving, and ability to handle evening/weekend escalations onsite at our LFAB facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (Chemical/Electrical/Materials/Physics or Chemistry).
• 3+ years in a Semiconductor Fab environment in Photolithography.
• Strong foundation in SPC, ECR, and process release strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer fab.
• Support ramp with startup of equipment/process and SWRs.
