Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce recurring machine faults.
• Develop hard-down action plans to drive root cause.
• Improve tool maintenance procedures.
• Train maintenance technicians.
• Reduce equipment costs and scrap.
• Improve tool utilization and availability.
• Lead cross-functional lean teams.
• Support process development activities.
• Sourcing and releasing new equipment.
• Apply Six-Sigma, SPC, 8D, FMEA for problem solving.
• Collaborate with photo process teams to minimize process variation.
