Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a seasoned Photolithography Technician 5 in Beaverton, OR to support day shift operations (6am-6pm) Thu-Sat with an alternating Wed. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of photolithography equipment and requires deep knowledge of semiconductor tooling and troubleshooting at the component level.

Responsibilities include data-driven improvements, SPC usage, tool performance analysis, and strong time-management to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Seeking 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
  • Utilize SPC to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
