Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, seeks a seasoned Photolithography Technician 5 for nights, to maintain and optimize advanced lithography equipment in a high‑volume semiconductor fab.

You will troubleshoot, analyze tool performance, implement improvements, and ensure on‑time project completion while upholding safety and quality standards. Requires 10+ years hands-on experience with ASML, Nikon, and Ultratech equipment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
  • Utilize SPC to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.

Photolithography Technician 5, Equipment Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Photo Equipment Technician with ample experience working on photolithography equipment.

Responsibilities :
  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Seeking 10 + years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $53. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
