Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks, Inc, Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Sr Coordinator, Photography and Content to bring the Bucks brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working within the Creative Team, you will capture exciting game moments and develop visual assets across photography, graphics, and video to engage fans across digital and retail channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups including Marketing, Partnerships, Social, and Retail to support campaigns, merchandise launches,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, visual communication, photography, multimedia, or related field.
2+ years of professional graphic design, photography or multimedia experience, preferably in sports, entertainment or related industry.
Strong portfolio showing a range of photography and multimedia work, including graphics, animations, digital media, and print collateral.
Working knowledge of Canon equipment and Photo Mechanic/DAM programs.
Excellent project management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for basketball and sports culture with understanding of NBA landscape and Bucks.
Willing to travel up to 10%, able to work long hours, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photography at games, practices, community events, partner activations, retail initiatives, and other organizational events.
Develop fan-first visual content including photography, graphics, and short-form video.
Create engaging photography, product imagery, and promotional creative for the Bucks Pro Shop across digital, social, e-commerce, email, and marketing channels.
Identify and execute creative storytelling and promotional sales opportunities year-round.
Design creative assets for digital, social, email, web, print, in-arena, and retail applications while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships to develop branded creative that fulfills sponsorship commitments.
Partner with internal teams to support integrated campaigns, merchandise launches, and business objectives.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing photo shoots featuring players, coaches, alumni, fans, partners, and retail products.
Manage and organize photography and creative assets with proper editing, tagging, and archiving.
Monitor trends in photography, design, social media, and digital content and propose innovative approaches.
Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced sports environment.
