Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or related field preferred; 2+ years' experience in content capture and editing for digital or social platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; sports or live events experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Capture compelling photography-based content for games, practices, events, and initiatives across channels.
• Touch up and edit assets for social media, websites, email, and campaigns.
• Collaborate daily with content, marketing, sponsorship, and production teams to deliver content plans.
• Support real-time, quick-turn content in fast-paced live environments.
• Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Organize, archive, and manage photography assets within established workflows.
• Assist with creative ideation informed by trends and performance insights.
