Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Phlebotomy Site Lead in Kissimmee, FL to oversee phlebotomy operations at the Patient Service Center. You will ensure accurate specimen collection, proper patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily site activities, and uphold safety and compliance. Requires three years of phlebotomy experience and valid certification; weekend/holiday coverage may be needed.

Formación

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs or IOps with accurate specimen collection.
• Ensure proper patient identification and data entry; follow testing protocols.
• Mentor and coordinate on-site staff; oversee daily operations at the site.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and handle high-volume workflows.
• Support compliance, safety, and documentation across site activities.
