Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III Site Lead in Lebanon, TN. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a pay range of $23.11+ per hour and opportunities for annual bonus based on performance.

The role leads a Patient Service Center, draws blood, ensures accuracy, and directs daily on-site activities across multiple locations. Strong phlebotomy and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills with patient-facing duties.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders and patient information in lab systems.
• Enter billing data and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and equipment temperature records.
• Lead daily activities at PSC/IOP sites and coach staff.
• Provide onboarding and training for new employees.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
