Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for Cedar Park, TX, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Travel within an assigned territory is required to collect specimens and support Patient Service Centers and Client Offices.

You will collect venipuncture and capillary samples, ensure patient identification, and enter data accurately while maintaining a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, Client Offices, or other sites.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and minimal error.
• Provide exemplary professional patient and client service; communicate procedures clearly.
• Site coverage across PSC and IOP locations within the territory and mentor on-site staff when needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and laboratory protocols, and assist with administrative tasks.
