Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Phlebotomist III for the Richmond, VA territory. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with rotational weekends, and requires travel to Patient Service Centers, Client Offices, or other sites within the territory.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, verify patient identification, and ensure accurate labeling while maintaining high quality results and patient experience. A phlebotomy certification in applicable states is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and confirm labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
