• Enter patient and specimen data into systems with high accuracy.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams.
• Support coverage at multiple locations as needed.
