TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our Vestavia Hills site. You will collect blood samples, verify patient demographics, and ensure accurate labeling in a fast-paced setting.

You will interact directly with patients, providing clear explanations and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, are flexible to cover multiple locations, and can work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Represents the face of the company to patients as they arrive for health services.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Interacts with patients to explain procedures and builds trust.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and patient confidentiality.
• May be assigned to doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or as business needs dictate.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment.
• Performs venipuncture and processing duties following established procedures.
• Verifies patient demographic information and labels specimens correctly.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
