Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician by NHA – National Healthcareer Association (required).
• At least one year of hospital-based phlebotomy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and microcollection with precision.
• Ensures timely, high-quality specimen collection, processing, and distribution.
• Accurately enters and maintains patient and specimen data in the LIS.
• Performs Point-of-Care (POC) testing in accordance with guidelines.
• Serves as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed, providing guidance to peers.
