Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• MA-Pbt certification to perform capillary/venous procedures.
• Phlebotomy certificate program completion.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 1+ year of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prepare for physical demands.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Conduct waived and moderate complexity lab testing.
• Maintain patient records and test results.
• Ensure quality control, calibration, and proficiency testing.
• Interact professionally with patients and providers.
