Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist III – Floater for our Topeka, KS site. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering compassionate patient care.

You will interact with patients, maintain accurate records, and support area supervisors. Requirements: high school diploma, phlebotomy certification preferred, 3–5 years phlebotomy experience, data-entry skills, and PSC/IOP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.
• State credentials/licenses: MN

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to patients visiting for routine care or health insights.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain trust and confidence.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and maintain records and documentation.
