Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist III - Floater for our Lenexa, KS location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a safe, professional patient experience.

You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures, and maintain accurate records under supervision, with emphasis on confidentiality and quality. Previous PSC/IOP exposure and phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
