Responsibilities

• Provide training to staff in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and SOPs.
• Greet donors, answer phones, and manage donor records.
• Prepare units for frozen storage and assist in shipments.
