Job summary

Covenant Health System Foundation, part of Providence, is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Officer to raise gifts for Covenant Health projects and programs. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective donors including individuals, corporations, and foundations, maintaining a significant donor portfolio across key service lines.

The role offers opportunities to influence philanthropy strategy with limited supervision and to collaborate with a mission-driven team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5 years of major gift fundraising experience for a health care organization or closely related industry.
• Master's degree preferred.

The Philanthropy Officer maintains a significant portfolio of donors in key service lines. Requires limited supervision/direction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited college/university Or equivalent educ/experience

• 5 years Experience in major gift fundraising for a health care organization or closely related industry.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
