The Associate Annual Giving Officer has responsibility for creating and managing strategies to secure and steward Mid-Level ($1,000+) and Lead Annual ($10,000+) donations from high-potential donors, focusing on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major gift ($50,000+) prospects. This role bridges regular annual giving with major gifts, ensuring a consistent revenue stream and nurturing relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future, thereby strengthening the overall sustainability of the Foundation's fundraising efforts. Position requires strong relationship-building, data analysis, and fundraising skills, typically within higher education, academic medical centers or other nonprofits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 - 4+ years in annual/mid-level/lead annual fundraising (preferably in higher education, healthcare or other nonprofits), with demonstrated capacity to organize and manage projects/programs.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $33.05 - $51.30
