The Covenant Health System Foundation in Texas invites applications for a Senior Philanthropy Officer who will raise gifts to support Covenant Health's projects and programs. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective donors—including individuals, corporations, and foundations—and maintain a significant donor portfolio across key service lines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of experience in major gift fundraising for a health care organization or closely related industry.
• Master's Degree preferred.

The Philanthropy Officer maintains a significant portfolio of donors in key service lines. Requires limited supervision/direction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited college/university Or equivalent educ/experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
