Foundation for the Carolinas seeks an Assistant Vice President, Personal & Family Philanthropy, to grow and steward philanthropic assets through high-touch donor relationships. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of fundraising, development, or financial services/wealth management experience.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and experience with donor engagement.

• Grow, steward and retain philanthropic assets by managing a defined fundholder portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional projects to advance growth, stewardship, and philanthropic offerings.
