Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Philanthropic Solutions Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for ultra-high net worth donors and advisors. You will manage complex donor-advised fund activities, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure superior service quality across channels.

The role emphasizes proactive issue prevention, detailed risk assessment, and tailored account management strategies to enhance donor satisfaction and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Serve as single point of contact for Perspectives clients on policy and transactions.
• Prioritize daily inquiries and proactively prevent issues.
• Investigate sensitive donor/advisor issues and provide complete resolutions.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior managers with recommended solutions.
• Coordinate communications with donors/advisors across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices and tailor account management processes.
• Collaborate with Fidelity teams (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, Tax) as needed.
• Communicate milestones, risks, and status to stakeholders.
• Support in-person service reviews and attend conferences as required.
