Job summary

Accredo, Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative to support warehouse operations in Warrendale, PA. This non-patient-facing role trains staff, corrects errors, and ensures orders are completed accurately and timely in a controlled environment.

You will respond to coaching, participate in Lean initiatives, assist lead technicians with staffing, and help train Order Packers and Pharmacy Technicians using detailed guides.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; PA registration preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in training roles is a plus.
• Strong Excel and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescription orders with accuracy and proper handling.
• Provide error coaching and direction to pharmacy technicians.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Support staffing of pharmacy technician functions.
• Train Order Packers and Pharmacy Technicians using training guides.
• Assist lead technicians to manage workflow by adjusting staffing.
