Accredo, Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician Representative to support the warehouse operations on-site in Warrendale, PA. This non-patient-facing role focuses on training new and existing staff, correcting errors, and ensuring safe, timely order fulfillment in a controlled environment.

You will train technicians, coach errors, and contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registration required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Pick and pack prescription orders with accuracy and proper handling.
• Provide error coaching and direction to pharmacy technicians.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts within the department.
• Train Order Packers and Pharmacy Technicians using training guides.
• Assist lead technicians to manage workflow by adjusting staffing assignments.
