Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• CPHT/PTCB certification required.
• RPT license in Florida required.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, organization, and implementation of process improvements in pharmacy operations.
• Perform duties of Technician I and II within scope of practice.
• Lead and train other technicians; manage daily workflow.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives and reporting.
