Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience as a Pharmacy Technician; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPHT certification and active Florida RPT license required.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred for sign-on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and directs Pharmacy Technicians to support department operations.
• Audits operational pharmacy processes and reports end-of-month metrics.
• Participates in recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations for technicians.
• Leads training, coaching, and development of technician staff.
• Manages time/attendance and corrective actions for personnel.
• Oversees inventory management and pharmacy automation systems.
• Leads department projects and fosters staff engagement.
