Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, counting and labeling medications, and verifying accuracy.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, order processing, and stock levels for medicines and supplies.
• Process third-party pharmacy claims and handle related clerical duties.
• Provide customer assistance at the counter and guide patients to OTC products and services.
