Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in certain locations).

Responsibilities

• Assist under pharmacist supervision in filling prescriptions and entering patient information.
• Support pharmacy operations, scheduling, inventory, and workflow as directed by Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist.
• Handle customer interactions, answer questions, and guide customers to OTC products.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy codes of conduct and company policies.
