Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician with at least 1 year of retail or hospital experience.
• PTCB certification.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Greet customers and assist with products/services; resolve non-clinical questions for a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, prescription data entry, medication prep, and insurance processing.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Support store and pharmacy managers with daily operations and records.
